Public Reports List  Click a category heading on the left, and select a report

1. Select one of the categories from the Public Reports List to open the collapsible menu on the left.
2. Click on the name of the report to set it as the Currently Selected Report.
3. Click on the Run This Report button to bring up the parameters dialog.
4. Select the Start Date of the period^* you wish to run the report for.
5. Select the output format you would like the report in:
• Adobe PDF (Default) - Adobe Portable Document Format file.
• Excel - Microsoft Excel (.xls) file.
• Word - Word Processing Document (.rtf) file.
• CSV - Comma Delimited data text (.csv) file.
6. Click the Run Report button to execute the report.
